Our business-to-business (B2B) funding solution enables law firms to fund working capital, primarily disbursement fee invoices. The invoices are typically paid by EAF on behalf of the firm. The B2B solution can also be used for other approved purposes.
EAF undertakes an initial assessment of the law firm’s requirements and proposes a ‘solution’ that meets the needs of that firm.
A law firm will need to meet minimum thresholds in a number of administrative and knowledge areas before it is accepted as an Approved Credit Representative of EAF.
The assessment process is reasonably quick and designed to ensure that our respective roles and responsibilities are clear to both parties.
